championing the need to offer a choice of insurance products and services
that are affordable, available, and understandable.

While our producers are the primary way we sell insurance products, we
also sell insurance through our licensed employees.

Our role is to provide you with the best insurance value.

We are able to offer you excellent service and competitive prices because
we can access insurance coverage from more than one insurance company.

This commission is paid annually for both new business and renewals. 
Should there be an increase in the commission schedule we receive from
your insurer, or any other material change that affects compensation
arrangements, we will notify you.

To maintain strong relationships with quality insurers we work with each
to provide the type of business they desire.

The Insurers with an asterisk (above) recognize our efforts through a
Contingent Commission contract. Payment of this Contingent Commission
depends on a combination of growth, profitability, volume, retention and
increased services that we provide on behalf of the insurer. It is based on
our entire portfolio of business with that insurer and not on individual policies.
Contingent Commission is not guaranteed. On occasions, insurance companies
may also invite us to an invitation only sales convention.
